Finally adding a timer!

Hey, so I majorly updated the game to now include a proper chronometer like the one you find in most Sonic games instead of numbers that tell you how many seconds you've spent in a level and I fixed latent audio issues particularly for some sound effects. Also another problem this game had that I had mitigated with the most recent update was that Tails would always go too far to the left after being chased by Sonic, that's further tweaked in this patch to lessens the chance of happening, the issue is that this shit is completely random and depends almost entirely on the performance on the browser/computer that you may be using to play the game, so I have very little control over it.

Anyways now this page will likely no longer be updated unless I find any major bug or the game still needs some tweaks or if I can finally make the game available on desktop, really I still haven't figured how to do it and it's driving me mad.
